New Job Opening: Administrative Assistant
Published on 21 December 2011.Hall Marketing Communications has an entry-level Administrative Assistant position at the front desk for an energetic, positive personality to join our team.
General Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering the phones
- Arranging couriers
- Mail distribution
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining Files and Records
- Assisting with accounting functions, including data entry for payables and invoicing
- Maintenance of our client and supplier database
- Providing support for senior staff with research, transcribing, and editing of documents or charts as required.
Qualifications:
- Energetic, outgoing personality
- Excellent knowledge of accounting, excel, word and powerpoint required
- Strong time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and organizational skills

- Regular hours: Monday-Friday (9am-5pm)
- Excellent group benefits
- Wage range: $11-12/hour
